<p>Circumstances bind us mentally from using our creative energy and further educating ourselves. Bills are due, pressing family issues, and every month is the same story. Debt piles up, depression sets in. This is more common now than ever and needs awareness and support to shift the amount of energy we are putting into these negative attributes that are happening in our lives.</p>
<p>We do have the power and choice to change them. But how? Indeed it is difficult to start something new and challenging, but how in fact do you know it is harder than what you are already doing? If you applied 5% effort into creating something sustaining in your life, how much joy would that bring you? And what do you think being happy will do for you? That 5% joy will turn into 10% and keep growing as you steer away from the MENTAL fog that has settled.</p>
<p>Responsibilities as an adult does not mean that you can not have fun, and chances are when you do have fun and sustain it, only opportunities that align with your hearts goals will present themselves to you.</p>
