Trust is built through hard evidence that you can grasp and see. Looking through the internet for a quick solution to a problem, or series of problems will only result in more problems. There is no button that you can push that will solve these issues. The key is to get a head change. How far have you gotten with the way you are thinking now? Has this pattern met your needs over time? What are you willing to do to change?
